Turtles make great pets, but taking them out for a walk is drag

Turtles generally do not make good pets for most people. While they can be kept in a small tank and be more-or-less low maintenance, in order to be happy (insofar as reptiles can experience happiness), they need more room than the average aquarium provides. You can't really pet or interact with them much. And many turtles live upwards of thirty years, which is a much longer commitment than most people are willing to make for a pet (especially one that isn't cuddly). As a result, many pet turtles are end up being abandoned into the wild, which can upset the local ecosystem.

Thanks but to me the longer a pet is alive, the best especially if they are low maintenance. Also writer tend to take all kind of liberties, so the slogan doesn't have to be 100% correct, I was aiming at a funny punch line. Just so you know!

Cats get stuck up on a tree if they become afraid of it's bark

change the it's to its. You can also take out the on as it's redundant.
