About blik

It all started with a poem. Well, sort of. It started with a huge white wall, a blank canvas, so to speak, that begged for a little drama. A poem was our source of inspiration and it took us weeks of trial and error to produce graphics out of paper letters to fill the space the way we wanted. We later turned to stencils, paint, masking tape, etc. blik is the culmination of 2 years worth of experimentation.

In addition to our retail product, blik currently works with a number of licensees such as Keith Haring, the estate of Charles and Ray Eames and Giant Robot. blik also develops custom murals and environmental graphics that inspire creativity for companies such as Mattel Toys, Warner Brothers, the Gap and MTV.

What is blik?

blik is a fun line of surface graphics created by and for people who like to change their mind. These self-adhesive wall decals (think stickers for grown-ups) allow you to easily transform the look of a living or office space in minutes. Affix blik to any smooth, flat surface such as a wall, window, mirror, ceiling, tabletop or floor. Choose your space, plan the design you'd like to make, and literally, just peel and stick. And when you're tired of your design, say after years, a month, maybe a day - the decals are removable.
